Return and refund policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Please read the returns policy below carefully before contacting us by email for a return, refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadlines for returns and exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Allow up to 3 days for delivery of your order. The return window is also 3 days from the date of purchase. We recommend that you check all items immediately upon receipt to ensure that they are in perfect working order. After this 3-day period, no returns, refunds or exchanges can be accepted for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order changes and cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before submitting your order, please check that the delivery address provided is correct. If a correction is necessary, you can request a cancellation or change by sending an email to arambulahalabymf487@gmail.com. However, once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undelivered parcels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a customer refuses to accept the parcel, or the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, and a refund is subsequently requested, we will retain 30 % of the amount paid as a handling fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items excluded from return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The following products cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Free samples or promotional gifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Special orders via sales staff - in these cases, please get in touch with your contact person directly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Wholesale orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Standard items already opened<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Accepted returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Returns will only be accepted for demonstrably defective products. No refunds will be granted for functioning goods. Please do not return any devices or items that are in perfect working order. A restocking fee of 50 % will be charged for opened, faultless items that are nevertheless returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The following items are generally excluded from exchange and return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:\n

      • Cartridges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Coils<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Open tanks \/ RDA \/ RDTA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Vaporiser cores<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Wires<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cotton wool<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Tanks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Vaporiser<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Vaporiser heads<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Chargers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Items with visible damage, water damage or signs of tampering are also excluded from return, refund and exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        We accept no liability for discolouration or packaging defects in e-liquids. The safe use of the products is your own responsibility; with the purchase you waive all associated claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Return procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Step 1: Required information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        We need the following information to process your request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Purchase date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Description of the product to be returned (brand, model and, if applicable, colour)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Reason for return (e.g. defective product, incorrect delivery)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Photo or video evidence of the defect - please with visible barcode, serial number and QR code on the packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Desired solution (e.g. refund, credit note or exchange)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Important: Incomplete information means that the return cannot be processed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2: Return shipment and inspection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          After receiving your enquiry, you are responsible for packing the product securely and sending it to us with your own shipping label. We require 1-3 working days after receipt of the goods to check and process the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3: Requirements for defective items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          For a defective item to be eligible for exchange or credit, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • No visible physical damage or heavy scratches<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Minor visual defects such as slight scratches or discolouration are not grounds for return<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • All supplied accessories must be sent in together with the defective device<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The return parcel must be packed carefully - no full credit can be granted if the goods are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. If the damage is clearly the responsibility of the shipping service provider and the goods were properly packaged, you are not responsible for this<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The item must not be a non-returnable product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Refunds and exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Once the check has been completed, we will arrange a refund or exchange in accordance with your request. If you would like a chargeback to your original method of payment (e.g. credit card), please let us know by e-mail. Returns sent by post will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt of the goods. Depending on the processing time of your bank, it may take up to a further 10 days for the amount to appear in your account. For exchange requests, please also contact us by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Refund procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt and notification of whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, a chargeback will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Promotional and sale prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Refunds are only possible for items at the regular retail price; reduced promotional items are excluded from returns. When exchanging sale products, we cannot guarantee that the item in question is still available, as promotional items are not reordered. If an item is no longer in stock at the time the exchange is processed, we will contact you to find an alternative solution together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Note:<\/strong> We accept no liability for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged on the return journey. If we discover during processing that a parcel is damaged, items are missing or the products are not ours, you will be notified within 24-48 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If a submitted return does not meet the return requirements and you wish to return the item, the shipping costs incurred will be charged to you. Non-returnable items will only be returned after the shipping costs have been paid. Please check carefully whether your product fulfils the requirements before returning it - if in doubt, please contact us before sending the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Returns of opened or already used items that have no technical defects will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
