Processing and dispatch time

Once we have received your order, we will start preparing and dispatching it within 1 to 5 working days. The estimated delivery time is then 10 to 15 working days. Please note that there is no dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.

Consignment tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail from us with the corresponding tracking number. You can then view the current location of your parcel on the corresponding tracking website.

Please understand that it may take 3 to 7 days after dispatch for the consignment data to be fully updated on the tracking page.

Changes and cancellations

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request an address correction or a complete cancellation by e-mail at any time. After dispatch, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes or initiate a refund.

Customs clearance and import duties

For selected countries and regions, we offer shipping according to the DDP principle (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that we take care of customs formalities and any import duties - you don't have to worry about anything. Please note that this option is not available for all delivery destinations.

Available DDP shipping routes by region:

  • USA: Delivery via UPS (except Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Australia: Delivery via Australia Post
  • United Kingdom: Delivery via DPD Express (local)
  • Europe: Delivery via DHL Express or DPD Express

Important note: In some countries with particularly strict customs regulations, DDP shipping is not available. The following countries are currently affected: Denmark, Australia, Norway and Switzerland.

Notes on remote regions

For certain hard-to-reach or remote areas, longer delivery times and additional costs may apply. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and reliably as possible.
